Terms & Conditions of Booking

Information about the deposit

A deposit of £450.00 is required to secure a booking and will be refundable at the end of the course, net of deductions if appropriate.
The deposit can be paid by debit or credit card. There is no charge for payments made by debit cards.

Please note that course places can only be confirmed after the deposit payment has cleared.  

Your address details

We will send the Day 1 Welcome pack with your reading material to the shipping address provided during payment.
Please make sure you will be contactable at this address until at least the start of the course.

Places will be allocated subject to availability in each group on a first come, first served basis.  

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy depends on how far in advance the cancellation notice is received prior to the commencement of the course year according to ADS teaching calendar, which starts on 1st September every year.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Until 3rd July 2017: deposit is returned less an administrative charge of £25.00
Between 4th July 2017 to 1st August 2017: deposit is returned less an administrative charge of £200.00 (If it is already posted, we do require the Day 1 Welcome Pack to be returned before we refund the £250.00)
From 2nd August 2017: no refund of deposit
On or after 1st September 2017: No cancellations or withdrawals are accepted. You will be expected to attend – and pay for – the entire course.
