PGDip in Cosmetic & Aesthetic Restorative Dental Sciences

Helps ADS Alumni members to, 

Master Aesthetics, Function & Treatment Planning 

This course has been designed to allow our Alumni to gain a PGDip in Restorative Dentistry, by reinforcing key skills gained throughout the year long certificate programme, and advancing their knowledge in the management of more complex cases.

We have combined many of the elements of our former Advanced Course (the Occlusion Course), to reinforce and expand the knowledge on occlusal management and complex treatment planning skills. We have found that occlusion is a much less daunting topic if you learn it as an integral part of your dentistry, not an abstract, separate subject!

To master the combination of aesthetics and function, it is necessary to consider occlusion in the context of the problems you are likely to face at the chairside in planning and delivering treatment.

The diploma programme takes into account the 12 days of the year long course as prior learning and adds another 9 days of teaching, with similar intervals to the year course.

Treatment planning is a big theme for this programme, so time is allocated for delegates’ own case discussions during the sessions.
