Treatment co-ordinator programme
Anita Jupp
3x 2-day sessions during 2010
This programme is designed to help the dental practice provide top quality patient care through the addition of a treatment co-ordinator. This brings the many benefits of positive communication, efficient business systems and excellent patient education as well as increase needed case acceptance levels.
It will be run as 3 two-day sessions spread through 2010. Its aim is to allow a dentist to train a suitable member of staff to act as a treatment co-ordinator in the practice, then support that individual through their first year in the job.
Dentists will attend with their treatment co-ordinators for all sessions.
